These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between 陕西佰泰网络科技有限公司 (Shaanxi Bai Tai Network Technology Co., Ltd.), operating as Hundred Bliss, and you, the user of our website and services. By accessing our website at hundredbliss.lol or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

The Company reserves the right to decline any service request at its sole discretion.

Liability for claims arising from a Service Agreement is governed by the limitation of liability provisions in that agreement.

• Severability: If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it in the future.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Website, superseding any prior agreements. Services are additionally governed by separate Service Agreements.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. The Company may assign these terms without restriction.
• Language: These terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
• Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, labor disputes, utility failures, internet service interruptions, or pandemics.
